Your Responsibilities

As a Sales Associate at Starr Motors, you will:
  • Greet and guide customers as they appear on the lot, initiating the sales process.
  • Assist customers in finding vehicles that meet their needs.
  • Conduct vehicle walk-arounds and demonstrations with ease.
  • Help customers complete their sales applications.
  • Utilize dealership resources to market to potential customers.
  • Ensure the lot is merchandised correctly to maximize sales.
  • Maintain a disciplined follow-up schedule with all customers, prospects, and previous clients.
  • Drive yourself to the next level with ambition and dedication.
