**A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A JANITOR / CLEANER**

As a Janitor / Cleaner, you fill a key commercial cleaning position for a large multi-facility client and take pride in keeping their facilities clean and orderly. You enjoy "getting in the zone" and working independently without a lot of interruptions. Whether it's vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, pulling the trash, dusting, sanitizing surfaces, or restocking supplies, you get great satisfaction out of checking each task off one-by-one and being able to literally see what you've accomplished. You keep office areas, conference rooms, break rooms, and restrooms in tip-top condition, always remembering to regularly clean windows, trash receptacles, furniture, fridges, and microwaves. You even keep the janitor closets clean and organized We have a reputation for quality work, and this is partly thanks to the great job that you do

**QUALIFICATIONS FOR A JANITOR / CLEANER**

* Physical ability to stoop and bend repeatedly, be on your feet for a full shift, and work around cleaning and disinfecting chemicals

* Ability to pass a background check

* Reliable transportation
