Hunter Davies is supporting our clients US Business Development efforts across the Semiconductor market. Ready to embark on an exciting journey leveraging your technical expertise and sales acumen? Our client is offering a fantastic opportunity as a Technical Sales Manager, to be based in Arizona, Oregon, Texas or Idaho states of the US. Join our client's global sales department and drive business development and cultivate key client relationships in the Semiconductor IDM, OEM & Sub-fab industry.

Your role involves: Exploring new sales opportunities in the Semiconductor industry, expanding our clients semiconductor customer base directly and through distribution models. Implement sales strategy and business development efforts across Arizona, Texas, Oregon & Idaho particularly focused on Integrated Device Manufacturing (IDM), Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) & Sub-Fab Level. Collaborating with executives and engineering teams nationally and internationally. Providing start-up project development, ongoing customer support, and consultation. Managing internal and external project management for seamless execution. Establishing and managing a local sales network, nurturing customer relationships. Representing our client at trade shows, showcasing innovative solutions.

Candidate Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, preferably in mechanical, electrical, or related disciplines. Minimum 3 years of proven technical sales experience, ideally in Semiconductor sub-component, equipment or hardware sales. Proven track record in outside sales, adept at developing rapport with customers. Strong customer acquisition skills and understanding customer technical solution needs. Demonstrated perseverance, professionalism, self-motivation, and organizational skills. Excellent presentation skills and a solution-oriented mindset. Effective negotiation and listening skills. Proficient problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to explain complex situations. Willingness to continuously learn and travel.
