Residential Department Manager
in our

office. We are a customer focused, sales, and service organization. Will manage & develop skilled field technicians and office personnel with a common goal of providing top level service with a focus on minimizing labor costs and maximizing profit. If you are a strong leader please apply
Job Responsibilities:
Will effectively manage employee performance, control labor and material costs and ensure service levels meet customer expectations
Assist with employee/job scheduling and provide assistance with technical/mechanical trouble-shooting/problem solving
Monitor technicians schedules to ensure timely completion of jobs and accurate customer invoicing
Perform employee performance reviews, document performance issues, provide necessary employee counseling with targeted improvement action plans
Other duties may be assigned
Job Requirements:
Management experience in a fast-paced service focused organization
Must have excellent communication and organizational skills and a good mechanical and mathematical aptitude
Possess an ability for technical applications and mechanical systems
Proficient with Windows based programs and ERP/CRM Systems
Must possess a Valid Drivers License
