Experience in the installation and configuration of Citrix EdgeSight for Load Testing 3.8 and have Must have experience with Citrix Cloud Infrastructure/Hybrid configuration using Nutanix AHV and extensive work experience on Citrix EdgeSight 5.3 VMware Hypervisors Effective understanding of Critical Path Analysis Techniques Ability to plan organizes and leads large-scale migrations. Create and maintain Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops 2203 LTSR Citrix Cloud Architect and implement Hosted Shared Desktops, Citrix worker image and provision via MCS. Should have the Experience in a medium-to-large enterprise AD environment. Should have extensive hands-on experience with Citrix CLOUD migration, end to end user migration, resource location setup, multi-factor configuration of workspace URL configuration with Citrix Cloud Responsible for analyzing, planning, installing configuring, testing, maintaining, documenting, and providing technical support for Microsoft Active Directory and Citrix Meta frame Environment. Experience working on large deployments across several geographical locations, implemented multi-language support for Microsoft and Citrix Presentation Server and Xen Products and international environments. Excellent customer service skills, including end-user support experience. Sound Level-3/Level4 problem determination and problem source identification skills with regards to the various Citrix technologies, and good experience in handling Priority Issues in Live Calls. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential to interact with support groups, clients, and vendors. Education:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. Proven experience as a Citrix Subject Matter Expert in that role. Industry certifications with Citrix and Microsoft are highly desirable such as Citrix CCA, Xendesktop, MCSE Strong understanding of network security principles and best practices.
