This position plays a critical role in ensuring our sales representatives are compensated accurately and on time. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of Excel and accounting principles and will be detail-oriented.Location: Hybrid from one of our office locationsSan Diego, CA - 10150 Meanley Drive, 92131Syracuse, NY - 100 Madison Street, 13202Houston, TX - 11740 Katy Freeway, Energy Tower III, Ste 600, Houston, TX 77079The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is $50,000 to $55,000. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.Duties & ResponsibilitiesPrepare commission calculations for sales representatives - Excel/PDF (data entry).Prepare monthly commission reports for Programs.Answer/Research commission inbox emails and phone requests.Assist with commission prep-list and commission cycle close for multiple entities.Make outbound calls to fund companies and research open items.Work closely with fund companies to be set up for electronical funding & statement reconciliation.Back-up for filing, DTCC, data entry.Support accounting audits as needed to pull requested documentation.Fix errors from direct business files.Research accounts in database (Unio) and apply information into company system (Xtiva)Requirements:Equivalent combination of education and experience; Associate degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school or 1+ years related experience and/or training.
