Develops and executes unit-based staff education on new equipment, medication, policy and procedure changes, and advances in clinical practice. Works with the Nurse Manager to facilitate successful onboarding of new staff.
Rounds on patients as directed by Nursing Director, providing feedback to nursing staff including coaching and guidance to improve patient safety and quality outcomes. Provides coaching and guidance to individual nursing staff members to achieve improved performance and outcomes. Provides objective information for employee's 90-day and yearly performance evaluations.
Qualification
Requirements Bachelor's of Nursing, Advanced Cardiac Life Support Cert (ACLS) - RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement, Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) - RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement, Registered Nurse (RN) - EV Accredited Issuing Body Pay Range: $31.82 - $59.17 This facility is an equal opportunity employer and complies with federal, state and local anti-discrimination laws, regulations and ordinances.
