Accountant Division: Amphenol - FCI USA LLC Location:Etters, PA This position is not eligible for Visa Sponsorship. Summary Responsible for working with the AFCI Financial Staff in completing, reporting, and analyzing all Financial requirements for the Amphenol and ACS staffs. Principle duties and Responsibilities Responsible for three entities within the Legal Entity (FCI USA)

Annual Budget preparation with Controller Quarterly MMS reporting

Analyzing quarterly sales numbers Reporting to consolidation system

Monthly Forecast reporting

Preparing reports to Business Unitcontrollers Reporting to consolidation system

Monthly Closing and consolidation activities

Journal Entries (monthly accruals) GL Reconciliations Reporting to consolidation system

Performs monthly Petty Cash Audits and Bank Reconciliation Prepare all tax related requirements from HQ, including monthly, quarterly, and annually sales tax reporting Performs the Quarterly Royalty Reports and initiates payments when due Liaise with internal audit involving review of accounting and administrative controls. Improves system controls and procedures for financial systems Responsible for maintenance of Fixed Asset, monthly depreciation calculation and capital expenditure control Assists in the development and implementation of goals, policies, priorities, and procedures related to financial management, budgeting, accounting. Directs and participates in cost analyses and related studies. Inventory control in conjunction with Purchasing Manager Cost analysis manufacturing entities Performs other Project tasks as requested by Controller. Qualifications BS in accounting, finance or related field required. 5+ years current, related experience and/or training. Advanced knowledge of financial management software systems. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
