This is a full-time position in our Sunrise, FL office and is not a remote position. Candidates must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Participates in daily stand-ups, sprint planning and other team meetings.
Understanding project documents, customer demands, and product objectives to create and execute test cases.
Create tests cases and verify functionality, data content, performance, usability, and hardware/software compatibility testing as needed.
Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.
Setting up, maintaining, and performing test automation frameworks on multiple application platforms, such as Mobile, Desktop, and Web, and building test scenarios and acceptance tests.
Understanding the flow of code and how it interacts with different components.
Identifies and documents defects and follow through to their resolution.
Comfortable in creating and executing automated test scripts.
Create tests against Back End, including REST Webservices and Microservice Architecture.
Validate full test coverage of requirements, Track the progress of test items, evaluate the defects volume/trends and share results.
Responsible for testing and generating test reports for projects.
Working with deployments teams, resolving level issues for systems, coordinating on product design, and offering inputs on the testability of functional elements and product designs.
Noting all testing actions you have performed in daily and weekly reports.
Develop and manage QA metrics via Azure Dashboards.
Continually contribute to improving the QA processes by helping implement new testing tools and/or test strategies.
Analyzing and disintegrating software systems and coordinating with other teams to enhance the overall design.
Ensure manual and automated testing activity is aligned with software development in appropriate phases.
Communicate with internal teams, to develop and apply testing processes to meet user needs.
Work closely with Developers/BAs and review/create business requirements, inputting test scripts and test scenarios.
Provide support regarding day-to-day issues, and liaison with stakeholders with a complete, end-to-end understanding of the technologies and business functions.
Researching test tools, methodologies, and trends and upgrading existing practices and processes.
Managing the final quality on production release.
Education & Experience:
A bachelors degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field.
Excellent designing and programming skills.

Experience and Skills:

Knowledge of programming languages and process management methodology.
Knowledge of test methodologies and their corresponding tools.
Exposure to Behavior Driven Development and experience in programming and testing.
The ability to recognize risks and errors in an application.
Proficient in the Software Development Life Cycle and strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
Experience in software quality assurance development and testing, both manual and automated.
Possesses proven aptitude for understanding technical process and technology stacks.
Proficient with Sprint and Kanban workflows to follow the Agile Scrum Process.
Learns new software as needed.
Prioritizes, manages time and is detail oriented.
Possesses communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Honesty and a strong work ethic.
Aptitude to learn quickly and effectively.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
