Join us in coloring a safe and sustainable future This role offers a range of $76,000 to $100,000 annually. Actual compensation will be based on qualifications such as experience, education, certifications, and skills, as well as geographic considerations. The Associate Product Manager/Product Manager is responsible for managing and executing the overall strategy and financial performance of a specific Product Line. Works to identify market needs, build product growth strategies, and manage the overall product lifecycle to achieve revenue and profit growth objectives. Works cross-functionally to affect change across all levels of Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, R&D, Pricing, and Executive Functions. This role will report to the Group Product Manager. The person in this role will be responsible to: Set the product offering for the market and works to shape demand towards products with high financial quality of earnings Develop effective price maintenance strategy to capture price realization needed to recover costs and improve profitability Secure market data, analyze and maintain complete competitive analysis information and market intelligence files for product line to determine and prioritize customer and market needs and wants for products Plan, organize and control the introduction of new products Manages the development and launch to market of all new products Continuously review product line integrity and reliability Work with Supply Chain to maintain a demand forecast on a monthly basis Responsible for meeting established finished goods turns target To perform your job as expected, you will be required to: Have a Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Finance, Chemistry, Sales or Marketing. MBA Preferred. Possess 1 to 5+ years' experience in product management Experience in managing financial performance of a product Ability to create and effectively present information to top management and/or Boards of Directors Proficient in computer-based applications, including Microsoft Office Applications Must be able to travel up to 20% Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong collaboration skills In addition to these qualifications, we will consider as a plus if you have: Prior Business Management Experience Prior Manufacturing Experience Experience in printing ink field We offer a competitive salary with excellent benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, pet insurance, HSA and FSA, 401(k), and more.
