As we continue to expand our services and reach, we are seeking a seasoned Senior HR Generalist to join our dynamic team.Role Summary: The Senior HR Generalist will play a crucial role in managing our day-to-day HR operations and providing strategic leadership to the HR team. This position calls for a hands-on, experienced professional capable of navigating the complexities of HR management within the banking sector. The ideal candidate will be adept at handling a wide range of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.Manage the recruitment and selection process, ensuring we attract, hire, and retain top talent.Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.Nurture a positive working environment by developing a suite of employee-focused programs.Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.Oversee and manage the work of HR personnel and provide guidance.Qualifications:Proven working experience as an HR Generalist or HR Manager, preferably in the banking sector.Broad knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development, etc.).Knowledge of HR systems and databases.Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant field; Master's degree a plus.SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification preferred.What We Offer:A competitive salary package.Comprehensive benefits including health, vision, and dental insurance.Retirement plan contributions.Opportunities for professional growth and development.A supportive and dynamic work environment.#J-18808-Ljbffr
