We are seeking an Entry Level Customer Service Representative to join our fast-growing organization. Our Entry Level Customer Service Representatives are dedicated to providing our clients with out-of-the-box sales and customer enrollment solutions to drive the growth of a strong, high-quality consumer base.

Responsibilities of the Entry Level Customer Service Representative:

  • Assist consumers in qualifying and transitioning to AT&T products and services
  • Deliver interactive presentations to demonstrate the benefits of our products and services to qualifying customers
  • Habitually provide top-notch customer service to maintain brand loyalty and repeat business
  • Acquire, retain, and continuously develop industry knowledge to enroll customers according to company standards and compliance guidelines
  • Seamlessly integrate into communities to identify and secure new business opportunities
