Including ordering, receiving material, working with vendors,and managing the inventory software.You will work on other various activities such as:Assist company with implementing its inventory softwareEnsure all company policies and controls are followedOrder and source materials for the warehouse from various vendorsReceive materials and check orders in from vendors accuratelyNotify purchasing of any discrepancies/shortagesProperly check, notate, and turn in all warehouse documentsOversee proper credits are received from vendors for all returnsEnsure proper stocking/re-stocking is followed by the teamKeep warehouse lists, labels, and shelves accurate at all timesVerify accuracy of parts & fixtures needed for job pullsVerify Warehouse Assistants perform all their assigned tasksOrder to keep the warehouse properly stockedFollow up with vendors on shortages/discrepancies for correctionPerform inventory/cycle counts on inventoryReview damaged and extra items to consolidate periodicallyCommunicate proactively and efficiently with managementEnsure warehouse is ready for morning dispatchConsistently aim for incremental improvementPreferred QualificationsREQUIRED: Valid Driver's License and good driving record (5 years)REQUIRED: 5+ years of warehouse experienceREQUIRED: 3+ years in warehouse leadershipREQUIRED: High School Diploma or equivalentPREFERRED: 2- or 4-year Warehouse management degreeComputer and Internet related skills (MS Office, Excel, Gmail, etc.)Able to work in a warehouse environment requiring physical labor throughout the dayMust be a self-starter with good communication skillsMust be efficient with strong attention to detailAbility to work without supervision once trained, self-disciplinedWhat to Expect..Apply here by providing your resume/applicationYou will receive an invite to answer a easy self paced video questionnaire (simply record your answers)Your information will be reviewed by management within 2-5 working daysIf selected you will receive notification for an in person interview within 5-7 working daysIf hired, we will start you with a trainer who will assist you in developing your career with our companyAfter 60-90 days, you will receive a review to discuss career path and further development with the company
