Overview:

The Project Manager is a client-faced position that is responsible for the execution and day-to-day logistics of marketing, digital & event campaigns. They will supervise all program related staff and activities to ensure these are completed in a timely, efficient and effective manner within budget, as per the details of the contract with the client. The Project Manager works under the guidance of the Account Director to meet client deliverables.

The ideal candidate enjoys multi-tasking, project ownership and has a positive attitude. They must be confident and persuasive, enjoy a fast-paced environment and be able to drive projects to deadlines while delivering a quality product.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist and when possible, lead in the development and execution of digital solutions, program tours, displays and exhibits, meetings, conferences, tradeshows and events that support industry objectives
  • Consistently communicate between internal and client teams to ensure program direction stays consistent with the objective and on time delivery
  • Manage program material development including overall concept, content and graphic look
  • Create and maintain Smartsheet project plans to meet defined timelines
  • Track, report and analyze metrics involved with meetings, programs or events
  • Research and suggest new opportunities that drive value and improve experience for the customers
Qualifications:
  • A bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Communications or a related field
  • Minimum of (5) five years of experience in communications, marketing, events and/or meeting planning
  • Excellent client management and communication skills
  • Proficient in Smartsheet
  • Agency or Automotive OEM past experience preferred
  • Exceptional organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and manage multiple and diverse projects through to completion
  • High level of competence with Microsoft 365
  • Experience with website development preferred
  • Ability to travel and work flexible hours if needed
