From pediatrics to geriatrics, Estes Park Health supplies a full spectrum of care for our friends, neighbors, and visitors in the entire Estes Park Valley and Rocky Mountain National Park. Today, over 18,000 patients-residents and visitors alike-see our health care teams for both outpatient and inpatient services.

SUMMARY:

The Podiatrist will provide medical services in the general care and treatment of bones, muscles and joint disorders affecting the feet for patients at EPH; diagnose and treat illnesses or diseases of the feet that are found in patients; instruct patients in their proper care and treatment alternatives; and instruct medical support staff as needed.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
  • Perform comprehensive examination of patients' feet and legs for problems such as sprains, fractures, arthritis, tendinitis, and soft-tissue injuries
  • Perform surgical procedures on patients to repair or remove limbs
  • Conduct physical examinations and other types of medical tests on patients
  • Recommend treatments and schedule next appointments for the patient
  • Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with legal requirements
  • Assess patients' progress and next steps and act as a consultative partner during next appointments
  • Collaborate with other professionals to provide comprehensive care to our patients
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
  • Maintains current BLS Provider (CPR) certification or equivalent
  • Doctorate Degree in Podiatry
  • Licensed to Practice Podiatry in the state of Colorado

PAY RANGE:

Pay range will be determined upon negotiation through a contract.
