Receiving Specialist

As a Receiving Specialist & Sales Associate, you will be responsible for managing the store's backroom operations by receiving products into the POS system, keeping products organized and accounted for, and helping process weekly pallets. You would also be in charge of processing damaged or defective products back to the Fulfillment Center, and reporting these items to the Inventory Control Team. Additionally, you would be responsible for providing every customer with a great experience. You will be expected to maintain a strong sense of product knowledge, and to provide customers with in-depth information on product features and benefits. Responsibilities Manage backroom operations, receive products into the POS system, organize and account for items. Process weekly pallets and handle damaged or defective products, returning them to the Fulfillment Center and reporting to Inventory Control. Maintain accurate inventory, ensure proper placement and display of merchandise, complete price updates. Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales goals and drive daily sales. Provide outstanding customer service, using extensive product knowledge to give in?depth information on product features and benefits. Work a split schedule of receiving hours (base pay) and selling hours (commission based on sales goals). Adhere to company standards for store presentation, housekeeping, merchandising, and retail standards in both front?end and back?room areas.
