Business Analyst - Innovation Consulting & Engineering (Cambridge, MA)

Drive impactful change at Philips through project-based assignments that foster and accelerate impactful innovation, improve operational performance and realize business and innovation results.

Your role:

  • Contribute to analytical and organizational aspects of consulting projects by working with project teams and stakeholders tailored to each specific assignment.
  • Analyze business, market, competitor, and project/change management stakeholders.
  • Report on project deliverables to stakeholders and the internal team.
  • Assist in planning and monitoring program or project management activities.
  • Support the setup and facilitation of workshops and project team work sessions
  • Establish and maintain an operational network to support projects/areas you're involved in.
You're the right fit if:
  • You've acquired 4+ years of experience in a health-tech innovation / product management environment.
  • You have a strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.
  • Your skills include a collaborative and fast learner mindset, eager to pick up an apply new approaches and tools to solve complex problems.
  • You have a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in a technical, science, business field or applicable work experience.
  • You're a self-starter, motivated by building new business who easily connects and builds trust. You are an excellent communicator, presenter, and leader with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
Additional Information:

  • Company relocation benefits will not be provided for this position. For this position, you must reside in or within commuting distance of Cambridge, MA.
