This role is vital to maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring smooth accounting operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and possesses a strong understanding of bookkeeping principles./ppResponsibilities:/pulliManage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes accurately and efficiently./liliPrepare and process invoices, purchase orders, and billing statements./liliConduct month-end closing activities, including accruals and reconciliations./liliMaintain accurate records of inventory and monitor related financial transactions./liliCalculate and record sales commissions and ensure compliance with sales tax regulations./liliOversee payroll processing and address discrepancies as needed./liliAssist in preparing financial reports and documentation for month-end reviews./liliPerform regular bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy in financial accounts./liliCollaborate with team members to support ongoing accounting operations and improvements./li/ulpRequirements:/pulliMinimum of 3 years of experience in full charge bookkeeping or a similar role./liliProficiency in using Excel - VLOOKUP, Pivot tables, Formatting, for accounting tasks./liliStrong knowledge of accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes./liliExperience with bank reconciliations and financial reporting./liliAbility to manage payroll processes and ensure compliance./liliFamiliarity with handling inventory and purchase orders./liliExcellent organizational and time management skills./liliHuge plus if you speak Hindi, Gujarati, and/or Hebrew./li/ulpRobert Half is the worlds first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
