About the Role:
- The Process Development Associate position at Thousand Oaks Cellular Sciences organization involves working with a team of scientists to lead and support the creation, inventory, and distribution of critical reagents for biological products.
- The main focus will be on Biosimilar products, conjugation of antibodies and proteins, and creation of bioassay cell banks.
- Lead and support receiving, aliquoting, distributing, and archiving of Biosimilar products
- Support in the distribution of critical reagents to all sites
- Characterization of Critical Reagents and preparation of Certificates of Analysis
- Creation and characterization of cell lines for Quality Control cell based bioassays
- Management of inventory database and forecasting
- Effective communication with team members, clients, and partner organizations
- Bachelor's degree in science - 2 years of experience in chemistry, biochemistry, cell biology, or related field
- Detail-oriented with excellent documentation skills
- Proficiency in digital data analysis and visualization
- Experience in digital inventory database management
- Knowledge of Project Management tools like SharePoint and Smartsheet Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Advanced scientific/technical reading/writing skills
- Hands-on experience in cell culture/cell biology techniques
