Create a positive work environment in Sales, Marketing, and Operations by maintaining the highest level of ethics and integrity consistent with applicable regulatory standards and Bluegreen’s Vacations core values. Job Duties & Responsibilities: Effectively manage the DOS, DOM, and sales management at multi-site locations/over a specific revenue amount to meet and/or exceed operational goals. Responsible for understanding program products, services, processes, performance, and regulatory issues. Utilize reports to continuously analyze all aspects of the sales and marketing operations. Identify opportunities to shape behaviors through continuous improvement of customer service, conversion, and operational efficiencies to ensure business goals and key performance targets are met. Maintain detailed knowledge of the vacation ownership market, including competitor products and services, marketing strategies, technology, and general industry trends. Foster an environment of respect, trust, and positive morale. Conduct daily leader walks at home site, and during site visits to other locations – look, listen and feel. Create a culture of accountability. Ensure appropriate staffing levels for immediate needs and 30, 60 and 120 days out in accordance with the FATS report. Ensure monthly/quarterly performance reviews are completed by all sales management. Analyze tour flow, waves, slots, and penetration rates for maximum output. Review P&L statements monthly. Ensure the sales organization adheres to all approved sales processes, sales training programs, verbiage, and approved collateral. Uphold Sales Integrity by ensuring all sales leaders are responding with a sense of urgency to guests' concerns and to the Sales Escalation Log. Review Medallia reports to identify trends, determine the appropriate action required, and implement solutions. Ensure the highest level of customer service to current and prospective owners to maintain a positive brand image and company reputation. Identify areas of process improvement and leverage best practices by working with appropriate corporate resources as necessary. Ensure administrative functions and duties are assigned and completed according to Company standards, including timekeeping, contracts, and personnel action forms. Maintain a positive relationship with all departments, including Resorts, to maximize the service needed to sustain the business. Maintain the highest quality of staff through effective recruiting, hiring, retention, coaching, succession planning, and training. Effectively manage and deliver required sales targets within the sales/marketing teams. Train, evaluate and monitor employee performance goals and personal development programs. Meet or exceed the sales location revenue and profit objectives. Adhere to and administer Bluegreen's sales policies and guidelines by representing the company in an ethical, moral, and professional manner. Support all marketing/operational success strategies. Meet with the sales team to review targets and areas of focus. Control, deliver and manage multi-site calls and virtual meetings. Job Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education and experience. 5+ years of industry and leadership experience. Multi-site/over a specific revenue amount experience preferred. Essential Training, Knowledge, Licenses and/or Certifications: Strong leadership disposition with organizational, interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills. Must have a thorough understanding of all aspects of the timeshare sales process, including sales procedures and financial acumen. Proven track record in exceeding sales objectives. Ability to influence remotely. Time management and multi-tasking skills. Working knowledge of sales programs preferred. Professional appearance and communication skills in dealing with guests and corporate personnel. Positive and upbeat disposition to cultivate a positive work environment. Ability to gain buy-in and positively influence others. Strong leadership ability, motivational skills, and enthusiasm. Excellent mentoring, coaching, and teaching skills. Knowledge and application of sales techniques such as: building rapport, needs/values selling, negotiating, and closing the sale. Ability to recognize financial trends and their application to the business. Ability to manage multiple projects and be deadline oriented. Strong analysis, evaluation, planning, and decision-making capabilities. Ability to make presentations and be part of meetings/discussions with customers, vendors, and senior leaders. Capable of meeting deadlines while working in challenging conditions. Strong ability to build relationships and partner with all levels within the organization.
