Record patient medical histories and symptoms. Create patient care plans and contribute to existing plans. Order, administer and analyze diagnostic tests. Detect changes in a patient's health and change treatment plans as necessary. Administer medicines and treatments. Evaluate responses to treatments and medications. Consult with healthcare professionals. Train patients and families on managing pain. PSA is looking for a Licensed Practitioner who will be responsible for managing health problems and coordinating health care for patients in accordance with State and Federal rules and regulations and the nursing standards of care. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This position requires long periods of sitting, with moderate standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing. The employee may be asked to lift and/or move items over 50 pounds.
