Job Title: TIG Welder

Company Description:
We are the world's first modular stainless steel truck cap system. We strive to manufacture top of the line truck cap accessories for trucks and other automotive industries.

Position Description:
Materials will go through a robotic welding machine- TIG welder will be responsible to repair any flaws after the machine has completed the initial weld. ""cosmetic"" touchups on materials.

Job Duties:
•Oversee the selection and procurement of materials and equipment required for TIG welding
•Carry out grinding and thermal cutting operations to obtain various textures and sizes for metal parts
•Oversee the set-up of TIG welding equipment
•Operate power and hand tools such as arc welders, buffing machine, and scrapers
•Maintain good working knowledge of the welding characteristics of metals such as stainless steel
•Read and interpret welding blueprints, schematics, and codes
•Perform TIG welding on materials such as fiberglass, iron, plastic, and copper

Shift and Pay:
•6:00AM-6:00PM Friday-Sunday (work 36 hours, get paid for 40)
•4:30PM-3:00AM Monday-Thursday (4/10's)
•$25/hr (Depending on experience and interview)
•(Must be okay working OT when required)
Position Requirements:
•Minimum 2+ years of TIG welding experience
•Thing metal product welding experience
Physical Requirements:
•Communication skills
•Ability to write, read and speak English fluently
•Ability to lift and/or move up to 40 pounds
