About the role Solutions Architect at Woflow is a hybrid GTM / product / engineering role, putting you at the front of our customers experiences with Woflow and our technology. You are responsible for ensuring that their experience with our products is impeccable from first demo to post-integration in order to create a successful long-term partnership. Solutions Architects partner closely with our sales team and leadership to guide prospective customers through the pre-sales process, delivering tailored demos and pilots aimed at achieving customer buy-in. They scope customer technical requirements, collaborate with GTM on proposals, develop comprehensive onboarding and integration plans, and manage our technical docs. Solutions Architects leverage their extensive knowledge of Woflow products and their general technical expertise to proactively solve customer pain points. They are strong relationship builders, excellent project managers, and always fun to work with Key responsibilities Be Woflows founding Solutions Architect Join our Product org as the shared owner of the integration-related products and services (API, SDK, webhooks, data payloads, custom integrations) Partner with Woflows GTM team on designing and executing on the ideal customer journey Own a major part of the customer acquisition process, delivering tailored demos and developing playbooks and other tools for executing successful, efficient pilots Develop deep technical domain expertise in both the industry as well as Woflows solutions Interact with customers on a day-to-day basis to understand their needs and design solutions to better serve these needs The ideal candidate Ideally, youd have: 5+ years experience working as a Solutions Architect or Product Manager launching clients and designing complex solutions for enterprise clients (e.g. technical integrations) Experience delivering product demos and participating closely in the sales process Top 10% technical skills, in order to speak with a high degree of technical credibility to represent the our products with stakeholders at every level of our client's org (from junior developers through to VPs) Top 1% communication skills, in order to sell, present, align, and inspire across internal and external teams Nice to haves: Startup experience, or track record of shipping products 0 ? 1, characterized by unblocking technical issues in the field with customers Previous experience in a strictly technical role (e.g. software engineer) is highly preferred but not required Hospitality or retail experience at the end of the day, our customers customers are restaurants and retail stores, and understanding how their employees use software (from POS to inventory systems) is invaluable Benefits: Unlimited PTO (we mean it) Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance plans STD, LTD, AD&D, and life insurance coverage Free membership to TalkSpace, Teladoc and Health Advocate Free annual membership to One Medical in participating regions 401(k) retirement plan with company matching Pre-tax commuter benefits Free equipment: laptop and home office stipend #J-18808-Ljbffr
