BoMark Technology Group is continuing to expand and grow. Our low voltage division is looking for another exceptional Project Manager for our Team Great salary and bonus incentive plan for experience and performance
Responsible for identifying and developing existing business activities and projects, from inception to contract completion.
Managing various structured cabling projects, generate RFP’s based on client need and services to be rendered. Estimate material and labor requirements for each project, applying established pricing guidelines for achieving pre-determined profit margin targets;
Responsible for managing and assuming accountability for total project performance against the estimated project budgets;
Performing as direct liaison between BoMark & our clients. Provide presentation support and attend pre-installation, construction and job progress meetings. Conduct site surveys and monitor construction progress throughout the job for quality and deadline management, ensuring adequate resources are available and scheduled to meet project workload requirements. Communicate findings to clients and BoMark Management;
Expediting problem resolution in support of the contract, troubleshooting issues and providing customer service support to clientele;
Ensuring customer deliverables are prepared and provided to client including preparing and verifying the accuracy of floor plans and test results for each project as required. Expedite problem resolution in support of the contract (troubleshoot issues and provide customer service support to clientele);
Responsibility for the timely and accurate administration and completion of all ICO’s, job packages, and appropriate documentation. Maintain job files, ICO’s, and billings for tracking and accurate/timely submission;
Developing and maintaining short and long range sale forecasts. ;
Other duties and projects as assigned.
Position Requirements
Minimum of three (3) years project management experience in the
telecommunications,
structured cabling construction, and/or low voltage systems ;
Excellent client service skills; Demonstrated competence in achieving corporate business/sales goals;
Experience in generating responses to RFPs and interpreting floor plans;
Ability to prioritize and work in a fast paced environment; Ability to work under pressure while meeting all contract deadlines; multitasking skills required;
Excellent written and verbal
communication/presentation
skills; Ability to work with a wide range of individuals ranging from senior executives to construction personnel;
Excellent client service skills;
Bachelor’s degree/Associate’s degree or proven track record of experience required; RCDD highly desirable;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; MS Project experience desirable;
Professional, team-oriented work ethic;
Ability to travel to and from various project sites in and around the
Baltimore/Washington
area.
