We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) with a background in Med Surg / Telemetry to fill a 13-week contract position. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of medical-surgical nursing principles and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced hospital environment. Key Responsibilities

Patient Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, identifying areas for intervention and developing individualized plans of care. Medication Administration: Safely administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring accurate dosages and timing. Collaboration: Work closely with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care, communicate patient information, and ensure seamless transitions. Education: Provide education to patients and families on disease management, medication use, and self-care techniques. Requirements

Certified Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in good standing. 2+ years of experience in Med Surg / Telemetry nursing. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Benefits Package

Competitive salary range of $85-$120 per hour (subject to confirmation), based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week. Tax-free stipend amount to be determined. Comprehensive benefits package including low-cost medical, dental, and vision insurance. Travel reimbursement and 401K options available. CEU reimbursements and licensure reimbursement provided. 24/7 support before, during, and after your assignment. The estimated salary for this role is between $62,400 and $87,200 per year, based on a 40-hour workweek and 52 weeks of employment. This estimate may vary depending on individual circumstances.
