Job Summary

* Evaluates and administered polysomnography studies with supervision, through application of international 10-20 System. * Identification of sleep stages, apneic respiratory events and periodic leg movements.

Qualifications

Education

* High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience

* Some experience in medical field preferred.

Licensure/Certification

* Employee must obtain sleep tech II position within 12 months of hire date, and gain RPSGT within 2 years of hire. * Basic cardiac life support (BCLS), continuing education in sleep diagnostic required per state regulations, accrediting organization or as determined by clinical education coordinator, valid driver's license and auto insurance.

Compensation

* $12.22-$19.95/hr depending on previous work experience. * An additional $3.00/HR shift differential available for working night shifts.
