Forklift Operator/General Laborer

Material Handler We are seeking a skilled Forklift Operator/General Laborer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating sit-down gas forklifts and potentially other equipment like skid steers and balers. Your primary duties will include stacking and moving recycling material, transporting materials throughout the facility, and emptying full containers. You will also perform general preventative maintenance on forklift equipment. This position involves working both indoors and outdoors, helping wherever needed in a dynamic and collaborative environment. Responsibilities Operate sit-down gas forklifts and other equipment as needed. Stack and move recycling material. Transport materials throughout the facility and empty full containers. Perform general preventative maintenance on forklift equipment. Assist in various tasks around the facility as needed. Essential Skills 2-5 years of forklift operating experience. Ability to handle heavy lifting (50lbs+). Experience in material handling, loading, and general labor. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience operating heavy equipment like skid steers and loaders. 1+ year of small equipment operating experience. Why Work Here? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
