Path for career advancement in a fast-scaling stable company About Our Client: Our client is a well-established underground utility contractor with over 15 years in business and a portfolio focused on trenchless installations for data centers and power plants. With 70+ employees and annual revenues exceeding $50M, they're known for their ambitious growth, collaborative culture, and strong relationships with top-tier general contractors. Job Description Lead dry utility projects (electrical, telecom, gas) from preconstruction through closeout Manage project budgets, schedules, and milestones to ensure timely delivery Coordinate with field crews, subcontractors, and engineers for seamless execution Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing updates and resolving issues Oversee quality control and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards Handle permit applications and change orders, maintaining accurate documentation Allocate resources efficiently across multiple concurrent projects Use Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft tools to manage project workflows MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
