Principais responsabilidades:
•
Elaborar e Acompanhar Planos de Ações;
•
Reportar indicadores e relatórios de acompanhamento para supervisão, gerência, cliente e regionais;
•
Reunião com clientes Internos e Externos para apresentação de cenários e resultados;
•
Responsável pela gestão, desenvolvimento e análise de
KPI’s
, mapeamento de processos, padronização, implantação de melhorias operacionais e elaboração de planos de ação em casos de não conformidades ou falhas no processo;
•
Monitoramento de toda a cadeia do cliente;
•
Monitorar o desenvolvimento, conclusão e eficácia de planos de ação;
•
Suporte ao Field Service e cliente com tratativas sistêmicas dos ativos e chamados em campo.
