Entegris is seeking a Outsource Supply Specialist (Buyer/Planner) within our Global Supply Chain group. The Outsource Supply Specialist will interact with critical outsource manufacturers/partners and contribute directly to the organizations success.

• Manage supply with Outsource Suppliers to most efficiently support Entegris customer needs:
  • Address and solve open issues and determine priorities with Supplier Management partners
  • Interact regularly with Outsource Suppliers and manage status of critical supply
• Communicate regularly with Entegris internal customers to provide accurate status on outsourced raw material supply
• Utilize MRP outputs to place POs to Outsource Suppliers and adjust as needed
• Interact with Entegris Sales and Product Management to support needs of critical Entegris customers
• Work with Entegris warehouses and Outsource Supplier to assure proper goods placement and stocking
• Facilitate proper transactions and communications regarding Outsource Supplier subcontract PO/consignment items
• Facilitate optimal flow of goods with 3rd-party logistics provider
• Support requests and inquiries from Product Manager as needed
• Provide critical monthly metrics including customer consignment stocking/inventory and on-time supply

• A Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management or similar is preferred
• 3-5 years of purchasing and planning experience, manufacturing industry experience highly preferred
• SAP knowledge/experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset and ability to solve complex problems is key to success in this role
• The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and able to make decisions independently and with little oversight
• Excellent communication skills, ability to build strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders and ability to influence decision making through data and relationships is required
• Ability to learn quickly and thrive in a fast paced & dynamic environment

• Outsource Supplier KPIs such as on-time-shipment, on-time delivery, and inventory levels
• PO accuracy and proper timing of PO creation and issuance
• Manage overall supply to best satisfy business objectives
• Capability to prioritize within a fast-paced, dynamic environment

• Ability to quickly predict, identify and solve potential supply issues
• Effective communications with internal and external stakeholders
• Develop and maintain a strong partnership with Outsource Suppliers in support of Entegris business goals
