Job Description:

We are assisting our Dallas, TX client in search for a Senior Vice President of Taxation. This role will be responsible for ensuring the processing of internal and external tax reporting.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with external tax return preparers.
  • Oversee internal tax preparation.
  • Track industry issues, trends, and developments.
  • Prepare written technical reports and present to approval committees.
  • Ensure compliance with US tax regulations.
  • Oversee the Equity Plans team.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting.
  • CPA preferred.
  • 10+ years of tax function leadership experience.
  • Excellent analytic, tax technical, organizational and project management skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
