This is a fantastic opportunity for a bilingual professional with a passion for helping others, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn. No previous experience in the mortgage industry is necessary

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Spanish-speaking borrowers to guide them through the mortgage process.
  • Manage new Spanish-speaking leads, schedule appointments, and assist with loan applications.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Spanish-speaking clients, answering questions and providing timely updates.
  • Follow up on leads and gather necessary loan documentation in both English and Spanish.
  • Complete basic loan applications and hand them off to the Pre-Approval Partner.
  • Coordinate appointments between Spanish-speaking clients and the Team Leader.
Top 3 Duties:

1. Manage New Spanish-Speaking Leads & Schedule Appointments:

Respond to new leads within 20-30 minutes.

Add Spanish-speaking leads to Arive

Schedule meetings with clients and the Team Leader, offering clear communication in Spanish.

2. Lead Follow-Up & Documentation Collection:

Make follow-up calls in Spanish to gather required documents.

Assist clients in calculating income and order verification of employment.

Obtain necessary bank statements for the pre-approval process.

3. Pre-Approval Handoff:

Ensure a smooth handoff of Spanish-speaking clients to the Pre-Approval Partner for the next steps in the process.

Requirements

Requirements:
  • Fluency in Spanish (written and verbal) is required.
  • Positive, fun attitude and eagerness to assist Spanish-speaking clients.
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the mortgage industry.
  • No mortgage experience necessary.
