As we continue to expand our services, we're looking for a dedicated Contracting Specialist to join our vibrant team. Role Overview As a Contracting Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in assisting our insurance agents with their contracting needs, ensuring they have the support required to sell health insurance carriers effectively. This role involves a blend of administrative tasks, customer service, and event coordination, both in-office and virtually for agents. The ideal candidate is a dynamic, bilingual (English/Spanish) professional with outstanding customer service and computer skills. Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for insurance agents regarding contracting processes with health insurance carriers. Assist in the application, renewal, and maintenance of agent contracts, ensuring compliance and accuracy. Provide exceptional customer service, resolving agents' inquiries and issues promptly and professionally. Coordinate and assist with the planning and execution of events tailored to insurance agents, including informational sessions, training workshops, and webinars. Collaborate with internal teams to streamline the contracting process and improve agent experience. Ensure timely follow-ups with agents to meet daily communication and support targets. Accurately maintain and update agent records and contract details within our database. Requirements Fluency in Spanish and English (both written and verbal) is required. Proven customer service experience, with the ability to handle inquiries and issues efficiently. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn new software quickly. Excellent organizational skills, with the capacity to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. Experience in the insurance industry or a similar role is highly preferred. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills. Willingness to adapt and take on new challenges in a fast-paced environment.
