Job Description:
  • Over 10+ years of experience in analysis, design, development, testing, delivery and production support of application software on Salesforce.com CRM Platform and Apex, Visual force, Lightning programming language, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Customer Portal, Retail & Maps and expertise on ServiceMax, CPQ, Kimble custom applications.
  • Worked on modern Enterprise Lightning Apps combining Lightning Design System, Lightning App Builder and Lightning Component features.
  • Created multiple Lightning Components, added CSS and Design Parameters that makes the Lightning component look and feel better.
  • Tested apps by appending multiple components to a Lightning Application thereby deployed Applications from Sandbox to Production.
  • Excellent knowledge on Apex development in creating Triggers, Apex Classes, Standard Controllers, Custom Controllers and Controller Extensions.
  • Proficient in administrating the organizational setup using Sales force administration
  • Worked on Lightning Process builder flows, Connect API, Chatter and quick Action.•Hands on experience in writing queries using SOQL and SOSL in Apex Classes and Triggers.

  • Good understanding of Salesforce.com Governor Limits with an ability to optimize code to respect those limits.
  • Proficient in Data Migration from Traditional Apps to Salesforce Using Data Loader Utility.
  • Hands on experience in Batch Apex, Schedule Apex and Dynamic Apex.
  • Good conceptual knowledge on Apex Web services and worked on HTTP Call outs.
  • Worked on different modules in ServiceMax Product, Like Install Product, PM Plan engines, SFMs, Work Order Management, Dispatch Console and Mobile for Laptop Application.
  • Working of the Apttus CPQ Data Load, Bundle Configuration, Quotes Configuration, Pricing Configuration•Adding products to the portfolios based on regions.
  • Product validation by generating quotes & configuration.
  • Responsible to manage Data Migration from one environment to another using X-author.
  • Worked extensively on various salesforce.com standard objects like Action Plans, Action Plan Templates, Surveys, Retail Store Group, Retail Stores.
  • Great involvement in creating salesforce Lightning Apps, Components, Controllers and Events.
  • Altered existing Visualforce to adjust to salesforce new Lightning UI encounter.
