Manages culture initiatives and facilitates associated activities. Drives workshops, content creation, and culture communications. What you’ll do: Concentrates on the organization’s culture to reflect its core values and fundamentals by fostering an inclusive work environment. Highlights diversity, equity, and employee engagement for an overall meaningful employee experience. Responsible for organizing events, discussing the needs, maintaining partnerships with vendors and caterers and overseeing the setup, execution and clean up of events. Work closely with managers to identify employee recognition opportunities, plan strategies for programs. Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels of groceries and supplies, ensuring optimal stock levels are maintained to meet operational needs. Order Placement: Place orders for inventory with suppliers, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints. Responsible for monthly Birthday and Anniversary cards for organization. Serves as the receptionist for the office, greeting visitors. Performs customer service duties such as answering phones, directs calls to appropriate individuals, and prepares messages. Makes photocopies; mails, scans and emails documents; and other clerical functions as needed. Distribute mail to correct departments Performs other related duties as assigned What you will need to succeed: Excellent organizational skills, able to shift priorities quickly and handle multiple urgent tasks with flexibility, as needed. Excellent written and oral communication skills, with proven ability to develop positive working relationships and strong rapport with employees, customers and vendors. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Experience working in project-based environments, with the ability to think strategically, deliver regular status updates, scheduled activities, and scale events. Fluent in English and Spanish a plus. Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds at times.
