MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:1. Service team coordination:Planning and co-ordination of the after-sales service activities and management of personnel resourcesOn-site co-ordination of the assembliesDirect contact between clients and factories/OSU/ KAM for the resolution of customer's non- conformities2. Service worksService works promotion to customers and technical-commercial offer preparationCustomer trainingCommissioning of primary and secondary cubicles. Configuration and tests (FAT and SAT) of protection and control equipment. Configuration of communication's equipmentMaintenance of cubicles and protection and control systemsNon-conformities resolutionCustomer Support Service, remote and on field3.
