The Role

The Suites Runner is responsible for delivering food from the production kitchens to Suites department as quickly and efficiently as possible to ensure great guest experiences.

Responsibilities

The Suites Runner is responsible for delivering food from the production kitchens to Suites department as quickly and efficiently as possible to ensure great guest experiences.

•Deliver food and beverages from kitchen to Suites department in a timely and organized manner utilizing key information on kitchen tickets.
•Facilitate communication between the servers and culinary team
•Read kitchen tickets to ensure quality and accuracy of all orders
•Monitor and observe guests dining experience - Ensure guests are satisfied with the food and service -
•Respond appropriately to guest requests. Communicate guest requests to Suites department immediately.
•Responsible for assisting in the overall cleanliness of the kitchen and service areas
•Provide guidance to guests including general arena information.
•Perform general cleaning tasks to adhere to health and safety standards.
•Complete other duties as assigned by supervisor

Qualifications:

•Prior experience working in the food and beverage industry as a busser or food runner for at least two(2) years
•High school diploma or equivalency
•Prior experience with ABI Scheduling Software a plus
•Ability to work independently or in a team setting
•Ability to transport up to 50lbs on a continuous basis.
•Ability to be standing and walking for long periods of time.

Practice safe work habits, follow all safety policies and procedures and regulations, complete company-wide safety training and any additional job specific safety training.
