Rheumatologist Opening in Danville, KYPosition: Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Rheumatologist Location: Danville, Kentucky Lexington 35mOverview: Seeking a skilled and compassionate Rheumatologist to join their expanding outpatient clinic.The incoming physician will serve a six-county area and play a key role in delivering comprehensive rheumatology care close to home.Practice Highlights:Outpatient-only position with a standard 40-hour workweek Join a dedicated clinic with strong administrative backing Immediate opportunity to build a robust patient panel State-of-the-art facility within a supportive health system Candidate Requirements:Board Certified or Board Eligible in Rheumatology Eligible for medical licensure in Kentucky Excellent interpersonal, diagnostic, and clinical skills Commitment to patient-centered care Compensation & Benefits:Three-year employed agreement with structured salary progression Year 1 & 2: Guaranteed salary with eligibility for productivity bonuses Year 3: Base salary plus wRVU productivity model Commencement bonus paid within 30 days of start date Student loan forgiveness over five years Comprehensive benefits including: - Health insurance (coverage begins immediately) - PTO: 8 hours per pay period - Sick leave: 6 hours per pay period (after 90 days) - Malpractice insurance (with tail) - CME allowance plus 5 dedicated CME days - Short and long-term disability - 403B retirement plan with up to 8% employer match - Life insurance This position offers a unique opportunity to practice in a high-need area while enjoying excellent work-life balance, financial stability, and full administrative support.
