Saint Therese of New Hope, a multi-campus, nonprofit, faith-based health care organization, is seeking a manager for our residence dining. The New Hope location offers a full continuum of care with about 275 independent and assisted living apartments, and the residence dining serves them. Job Description Saint Therese is a multi-campus, nonprofit, faith-based health care organization. We currently have a part-time (.4 FTE) Back-up PM RN House Supervisor position. Responsibilities include managing and supervising the activities on the evening shift. This position is part-time. This position involves hands-on opportunities to support nursing staff in providing quality care to the elders we serve. This would include managing, supervising and directing the care of residents. This position works closely with staff and administration. Qualifications 5 years of nursing experience is required. Candidates must demonstrate experience and strong leadership in managing. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential. A current Minnesota RN Licensure, RNC preferred. Working knowledge of State and Federal regulations.
