Hardware/Software QA Engineer

Responsibilities:

Perform integration testing between EVSEs and EV Connects proprietary SaaS
Configure/Supervise EV Connects testing hardware located in Lake Forest, Ca Lab
Test credit card hardware integration with EVCs CMS platform
Supervise lab test stations, credit card readers with EVCs SaaS for internal and UAT testing
Investigate and troubleshoot system functionality and performance issues

Qualifications:

3+ years experience with QA Hardware/Software integration testing in the EVSE space
2+ years hand-on experience with EV Charging Equipment
2+ years experience with OCPP testing tools
Quick learning self-starter who can claim ownership of hardware/software testing domain
Must be very hands-on and willing to collaborate with multiple teams for system testing
Comfortable in a hardware lab setting and occasional travel for customer/vendor onsite visits

Bonus:

B.S Electrical Engineering or similar degree
Experience with automating OCPP payloads
Experience hands-on with Payer/Nayax terminals
Experience with Postman API test tool or similar
Experience with SQL/No SQL queries
Experience with Kibana/Elasticsearch
