With employee benefits such as monthly team-building exercises, an engaging team environment, and great company culture, Thielmann Group is searching for the next stellar HVAC professional to join our growing team. *Position Overview:* The Thielmann Group is searching for a reliable and dedicated plumbing professional to Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair residential and commercial plumbing systems. Conduct all assignments in a timely and professional manner. Troubleshoot and repair major plumbing repairs, such as water leaks, fixture repair and/or replacement, sewer cleaning, repair, and replacement, etc. *Duties & Responsibilities:* * Install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures in commercial and residential structures * Collaborate with general contractors, electricians, and other construction professionals * Follow building plans and blueprints * Respond to, diagnose, and resolve plumbing emergencies * Perform routine inspections of plumbing and drainage systems * Light construction, carpentry, painting, plastering, flooring, ceiling, and electrical work as required * Prepare bids, budgets, and cost estimates * Keep accurate records of time spent working, description of work performed, and materials used * Other duties as assigned *Requirements:* * 5+ years of Plumbing experience in the field * Exceptional communication and customer service skills * Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and practices. * Valid Drivers License and Clean Driving record * Problem-solving and critical thinking skills * Effective time management * Strong work ethic * Ability to read blueprints and technical documents * _*Experience with Service Titan is a plus*_ Job Type: Full-time Pay: $28.00 - $36.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Company truck * Dental insurance * Employee assistance program * Flexible spending account * Fuel card * Health insurance * Health savings account * Life insurance * Paid time off * Professional development assistance * Referral program * Tools provided * Vision insurance Work Location: On the road by Jobble
