Due to continued growth, Boswell Engineering is seeking an additional Water/ Wastewater Sr. Design Engineer for our Environmental Engineering Department which is responsible for the design of water/ wastewater conveyance and treatment improvement systems, environmental studies and modeling. We need another dynamic, goal-oriented, and motivated Engineer who wants to expand their design and engineering skills in Water treatment inspection, design, treatment, engineering & construction.

Responsibilities:

+ Prepare day-to-day paperwork necessary to see projects through from beginning to end

+ Complete assignments on a schedule and within the project budgets

+ Create and recommend water and wastewater treatment and improvement designs

+ Have a passion for continued learning to keep abreast of the changing State and Federal regulations

+ Desire to be exposed to a wide variety of engineering challenges

+ Strong attention to detail

+ Strong verbal and written skills

+ Ability to work independently

+ Manage time efficiently

+ Adhere to internal standards, policies, and procedures

Requirements:

+ Bachelors degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering with 4+ years of relevant work experience of water treatment/ improvement Design Experience using a variety of tools/ software(If you are strong in AutoCAD or AutoCAD Civil, well train you on many more tools)

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills

+ Professional Engineering license(s) highly desired & supported (PE and/ or EIT/ FE Certification)

+ Experience in the following:

+ Design of water/sanitary sewer conveyance systems

+ Wastewater treatment plant design

+ Water treatment design

+ Well redevelopment

+ Hydraulic Modeling
