The In-House Recruiter role offers a unique opportunity to oversee multiple dealerships' recruitment and hiring processes. This role involves sourcing and developing a plan and selecting and selling recruits on the benefits of employment with us.

This position is part-time and located onsite.

Talent Acquisition
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
  • Collaborate with department managers to understand specific role requirements
Sourcing and Screening:
  • Source candidates through job boards, social media, community outreach, and networking events
  • Conduct initial phone screen interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Collaboration and Relationship Building:
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers, industry professionals, and potential candidates.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and preferences.
Candidate Experience:
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Communicate regularly with candidates
Data Management and Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities and candidate information.
  • Generate reports on recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve the hiring process.
Compliance:
  • Ensure all hiring practices comply with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate and organized candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to company policies.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Recruiter in the automotive industry.
  • Strong understanding of corporate and sales roles within an automotive group.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Advanced working knowledge of applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
  • Previous experience with Hireology is a plus
  • Strong networking skills and ability to build relationships within the industry.
