We currently have immediate openings for full or part-time therapists or PRN at our Searcy location. We pride ourselves on being a very supportive and collaborative clinic. You’ll find very strong teamwork and communication between our speech, occupational, physical, and behavioral therapists. Our clinic directors are themselves therapists and strive to provide our therapists with the support and resources needed to provide the highest quality of care, without unnecessary micromanaging. Key responsibilities include: Evaluating and treating children with a wide range of abilities (birth to 21 years of age) Providing services in a variety of settings, including clinic, daycare, home, schools, and community Managing your patient caseload and schedule Completing documentation in a thorough and timely manner Developing home exercise plans Collaborating with parents and other therapists on child’s treatment plans and goals The ideal candidate will display strong skills in: Time management, organization, and prioritization Attention to detail & accuracy Verbal and written communication skills Teamwork and relationship building Flexibility to work well both independently and as a member of a team Results-oriented, self-motivated Dedication to continued professional growth and education, initiative in pursuing learning opportunities Critical thinking and creative problem solving Fostering a positive work environment Commitment to patient success Experience: Computer skills: 3 years (Required) Pediatric therapy: 1 year (Preferred) Performing evaluations and documenting treatment recommendations: 1 year (Preferred) Medical records software, EMR (Bonus) Job Type: Full-time, Part-time, PRN Medical specialties: Pediatrics Schedule: Monday to Friday Education: Master's (Minimum requirement) #J-18808-Ljbffr
