The Omnichannel Analyst is responsible for assisting our omnichannel efforts by analyzing shopper marketing activity and digital commerce performance. The ideal candidate will be an analyst or marketer with a strong numbers background, good critical thinking, and a self-starter. This role will work alongside Shopper Marketing and eCommerce leads and play an important part in taking our omnichannel strategy to the next level.What would you do in this role?
What would be your key responsibilities?
- Assisting the shopper team with operational processes i.e. budget tracking, budget entry, PO creation, and invoice processing
- Assisting with forecasting, budgeting, and annual planning process
- Creating and analyzing weekly and monthly digital commerce performance reports and calling out key insights into drivers
- Developing shopper marketing recaps and assisting with reporting results
- Routing and managing creative assets through legal and brand review
- Building monthly omni-executive reports highlighting activations and performance
- Developing and presenting ad-hoc analyses as needed
- Assist eCommerce lead with retailer site content as needed
- Monitoring activation trends across each of our retailers, tactics, and brands
- Influence digital and eCommerce data strategy, measurement within the market
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
- Bachelors Degree
- 1.5+ years of experience in a relevant field analytics, eCommerce, or shopper marketing
- Fluency with Microsoft Office
- CPG Experience in the Retail Landscape
- Ability to multi-task with excellent project management skills
If you have the following qualifications, it would be a plus:
- Experience with more advanced data visualization tools like PowerBI, Tableau, or Luminate
- 3+ years of eCommerce or Shopper Marketing experience
- Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) experience
- E-Commerce understanding, selling, collaboration, influencing
- Ability to work within an evolving and changing job function
- Knowledge of eCommerce marketing terminology, web analytics, and eCommerce performance software
