As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of our clients' brands, delivering exceptional service to customers while supporting our event marketing initiatives. This role offers hands-on training and the opportunity to grow within the company.Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers at events to provide information, answer questions, and promote products and services.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while addressing customer inquiries.
  • Build and strengthen customer relationships to foster brand loyalty.
  • Assist with event setup, execution, and breakdown, ensuring all customer service standards are met.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Gather and report customer feedback to support campaign improvements.
