**Job Description**

Growing distributor for Interstate Batteries is looking for a highly motivated employee who possesses the skills and willingness to work hard and the desire to grow within the organization.

**Qualifications**

* Willingness to work in warehouse conditions

* Must have a positive attitude and good customer service skills (This position does interface directly with customers)

* Motivated to complete work efficiently

* Work complementary within a team

* Able to lift up to 50 lbs. using proper form

* Manage assigned tasks and take care of all the assigned daily tasks

* Work with Warehouse Manager to be accountable for reaching the daily, weekly and monthly goals

* Be aware of all policies and procedures including proper paperwork for opening and closing accounts

* Be responsible for complying with all DOT and safety rules and regulations

* Assist with loading, unloading and counting trucks on a daily basis

* Receive shipments, unload new product and put them away efficiently

* Sort used product, process warranties and send scrap back to the plant

* Comply with all regulations for recycling

* Maintain a culture of shared ideas, open communication and an attitude of how can we get it done within the team

* Must possess a valid drivers license

* Must be well organized to route own schedule and when delivering

* Must possess good communication skills
