Job Description: We re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our operations team. This role is hands-on and fast-paced you ll be booking shipments, trucks, tracking loads, talking with customers and carriers, and making sure every shipment runs smoothly from start to finish. Key Responsibilities: * Coordinate daily shipments for various customers. * Schedule pickups and deliveries with carriers and facilities. * Track and trace loads; provide clear and timely updates. * Negotiate carrier rates when needed. * Collect documents such as BOLs, PODs, and photos when applicable. * Assist with billing and invoicing support. * Troubleshoot issues like delays, accessorials, or service disruptions. * Build and maintain relationships with trusted carriers. * Support the operations team with general logistics tasks. Requirements: * Logistics, dispatch, or transportation experience (3PL preferred). * Strong communication and customer service skills. * Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure. * Problem-solving mindset with a sense of urgency. * Comfortable using TMS systems, email, phone, and basic computer applications. * Dependable, team-oriented, and proactive.
