As our Sr. Business Analyst at IRALOGIX, you'll be the champion of stakeholder experience, translating needs into actionable solutions that fuel product innovation. In this role, you will…Partner with product owners to break down complex business requirements into clear, measurable user stories and agile epics. Quantify the impact of your work by driving measurable improvements in user adoption, satisfaction, and retention. You will also... Become the bridge between diverse stakeholders: Seamlessly facilitate discussions between subject matter experts, customers, and engineering teams, ensuring everyone's voice is heard and understood. Become a data-driven problem solver: Leverage your analytical skills to analyze user behavior, identify pain points, and propose solutions that deliver tangible results for IRALOGIX and its clients. Craft compelling documentation and presentations: Translate technical concepts into clear, concise language, ensuring everyone from developers to executives can understand the "why" behind your recommendations. Be an active contributor to a high-performing Agile team: Participate in daily stand-ups, refinement sessions, reviews, and demos, keeping the team focused and moving forward. Responsibilities: The essential responsibilities and duties for this position include, but are not limited to, the following: Work with product owners to decompose business requirements for software development via Agile epics and user stories. Support development teams as they build and release code related to user stories to ensure business needs are met. Continuously engage with product owners to provide feedback, escalate issues, and obtain clarification on requirements Support testing efforts and provide feedback to development teams. Actively contribute to creating and maintaining internal documentation related to systems, process flows, specifications, and release notes. Convert wireframes into user stories that capture the complexities of business requirements and UI conventions, working closely with the design and product owners. Facilitate efficient discussions of multi-faceted business problems, while empathizing with an array of stakeholders and subject matter experts such as account holders, partners, operations and call center staff, developers, designers, QA testers, etc. Participate in Agile cadences such as standup meetings, refinement sessions, reviews, demos, etc. Occasional travel for training, meetings, or other purposes may be required. Required Skills/Abilities: 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in an Agile environment, thriving in a fast-paced, collaborative setting. Proven track record of success: Quantify your impact by showcasing past projects where you improved user experience, streamlined processes, or drove business growth. Technical fluency: Understand the relationship between business and system processes, and enjoy interacting with technology teams. Exceptional communication skills: Clearly articulate complex ideas to diverse audiences, both verbally and in writing. Empathetic and collaborative: Foster open dialogue, actively listen to stakeholders, and build strong relationships across the organization. Education and Experience Bonus Points: Experience in the retirement recordkeeping industry. Passion for user experience design and usability testing. Experience using project management tools and data visualization software.
