ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

1. Provides patients with service costestimates and collects payments.

2. Answers telephones and transfers callersto appropriate departments; greets visitors in a professional and appropriatemanner.

3. Responsible for front desk processes.

4. Orders, maintains, and stocks facilityoffice supplies.

5. Enters accurate patient demographicinformation.

6. Performs Patient Care Tech duties asneeded and/or as assigned.

7. Reportsto work in a timely manner and adheres to policies, procedures, and processes.

QUALIFICATIONS:
•Oneto two years of prior experience is preferred.
•Intermediatecomputer skills, to include Microsoft Office products is required.
